TV host Jasmine Harman has provided a fresh update to her followers after disclosing her husband’s heart attack.
The Channel 4 host and her spouse Jon were both stunned when he experienced a sudden medical emergency whilst filming.
The couple had been recording the ups and downs of refurbishing their property in Estepona, but matters took a frightening twist when Jon was captured on camera being whisked to hospital after becoming unwell.
In footage that broadcast earlier this week on Jasmine Harman’s Renovation in the Sun, medics told Jon that he had experienced a heart attack.
Jasmine, who also presents A Place in the Sun, has subsequently shared additional updates on her social media platforms, expressing her “enormous gratitude” to everyone who has sent supportive messages, reports the Express.

She wrote in the caption: “Paying tribute to my lovely sister in law, Jo who we miss so dearly […] and to celebrate my wonderful husband Jon who has been through so much lately.”
Jasmine continued: “I know I’m not the most patient nurse, but maybe that helped you recover more quickly!
“Please note: if you have been affected by any of the issues featured in the episode then these organisations maybe be able to provide support & advice.”
One person responded in the comments and wrote: “Felt emotional fir you seeing jon in hospital with heart problem, God bless his sister.”
Another also commented: “Yesterday was such an emotional episode. Such a lovely tribute to Jo as well and pleased Jon is on the mend.”
A third also chimed in: “Jasmine you are such a brave soul… love you to bits. Keep your chin up keep smiling & above all jon you have fought so strongly this year. I hope you keep getting better & stronger. You have an amazing family.”
Earlier in the programme, Jasmine’s husband revealed that heart conditions are prevalent in his family, with his sister Jo tragically dying from sudden arrhythmic death syndrome at just 40 years old.
Giving an update on Jon’s health, Jasmine informed The Mirror that he is thankfully making a good recovery.
