Noah Atubolu odd man out for Germany vs. Luxembourg

According to a report from Sky Germany (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), SC Freiburg goalkeeper Noah Atubolu will not dress for Germany in its match against Luxembourg later today.
UEFA only permits three goalkeepers to dress and Oliver Baumann, Finn Dahmen, and Alexander Nübel got the nod from head coach Julian Nagelsmann:
Julian Nagelsmann has called up four goalkeepers to the squad for the current camp: Oliver Baumann, Alexander Nübel, Finn Dahmen and Noah Atubolu. But UEFA regulations allow three goalkeepers to be included in the matchday squad. Atubolu has been left out of the squad for tonight’s game against Luxembourg.
Things could get more crowded in this group if Manuel Neuer (as doubtful as it might seems) decided to make a comeback and if Marc-André ter Stegen gets healthy. Until then, though, the foursome above will hold down the fort.
