It has been quite the impressive redshirt freshman season for Notre Dame’s starting quarterback CJ Carr.
There have been a few plays where he’s looked like a first-year player, but aside from a couple hiccups, he’s been excellent. Carr has taken college football by storm, and he’s among the nations leaders in multiple passing categories.

Overall
What an impressive to start for Carr in his Notre Dame career. It’s hard to imagine that this isn’t the best case scenario, as he’s close to the top in multiple impressive passing categories. It’s made the Irish offense extremely potent, as Carr has shown he doesn’t need a dominant receiver to dominate. I don’t think it’s out of the question that he’s going to be a Freshman All-American, and most likely will take home some hardware as well.
