Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a young boy after he left school early without his phone or money on Friday evening.

They are asking for any information relating to Gabe Setia who is reported missing from Newcastle, Co. Wicklow, since Friday 14th November 2025.

A post shared on social media on behalf of his parents by Greystones Guide reads: “Our son is missing since this afternoon he was in Greystones Community College and left without his phone or money.

“His phone was in the school and there was nothing suspicious in its history.”

Gabe (pronounced ‘Eebi’) was last seen in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, on Friday 14th November 2025 at approximately 11:45am.

Described as being approximately 4 foot 11 inches in height, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes, he is known to frequent the Greystones area.

When he was last seen, Gabe was wearing a blue/navy hooded bubble jacket, navy trousers, and black shoes.

Anyone with information on Gabe’s whereabouts is asked to contact Bray Garda Station on (01) 666 5300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.

Searches by volunteers around the Bray and Greystones areas are currently taking place.
