The newest chapter in a decades-long feud will be written on Saturday night when Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn – with Mikie Tallon set to feature on the undercard

Natasha Jonas made history by becoming the first Black female boxing manager back in October 2023 – and tonight she will watch Mikie Tallon fight on the biggest stage. In 2012, Jonas became the first British female boxer to qualify for the Olympics after reaching the semi-finals of the World Championships, and she was also the first woman to win the prestigious British Boxer of the Year award in 2022.
She then decided two years ago, while still a world champion, to obtain her manager’s licence and guide Tallon as he began life as a professional. Since then, the 20-year-old has gone on to claim 10 wins from 10 bouts, and tonight’s fight is on the biggest stage at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Tallon, who is also trained by Joe Gallagher, takes on Fezan Shahid on the undercard of Chris Eubank Jr’s rematch against Conor Benn.

The Everton supporter claimed a points victory over Christian Robles last time out and has vowed to grab the opportunity he has been given with both hands.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity, and I am going to grab it with both hands and come out with a win,” he told Ring Walk Media.
“I can’t wait to get in there (the ring) and tick another one off the list. What a card to be on, a great venue, in front of so many people.
“We have to up the levels every fight, and I am doing that. Hopefully I up the levels again on Saturday and show everyone what I can do.
“Just to get these opportunities, I am so grateful, but I have to perform and show all the people watching what I am about.

The Chris Eubank Jr. vs Conor Benn rematch is set for Saturday, November 15, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

While in a seperate interview with Ring Magazine, Tallon said: “As Joe says in our gym nowadays, it’s not about stopping people early on in your career and blasting them out in a round because you don’t learn nothing from it.
“He wants us to get the hard rounds in so that when it comes to these big moments, we can sit there and be confident in ourselves that it’s not going to be a struggle.
“I’m never really a nervous person when it comes to fights and stuff like that, so I think keeping my cool and not letting any of the pressure get to me helped. It was one of the best moments in my life so far, if not the best.”
