Watch: Jacob Parrish secures his first career interception in Week 11

When the Bucs had a need in the secondary during last offseason, they knew they were going to find some pieces in the NFL Draft. In the second and third rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft, they landed Benjamin Morrison and Jacob Parrish. While Morrison was the one with the most optimism surrounding him, it is Parrish who has emerged not just as a breakout player but a bona fide playmaker.

His latest play came in Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills when he was able to secure an errant pass from Bills’ quarterback Josh Allen.

Parrish has been reliable all season for the Bucs’ defense. On Sunday, he secured his first interception of the season and in his career when Josh Allen tried to make something out of nothing. He was able to get the Bucs the ball back inside the ten-yard line and set them up for an early lead.

According to the Bucs’ media, Parrish is now the only rookie in the NFL with an interception and multiple sacks.
