Steph Curry Facing Backlash From NBA Fans For Performance In Warriors-Pelicans Game

On Sunday night, the Golden State Warriors played the Pelicans in New Orleans.
The Warriors won by a score of 124-106.
Steph Curry finished with nine points, five rebounds, three assists and one block while shooting 2/11 from the field and 1/6 from three-point range in 28 minutes of playing time.

Curry came into the night with averages of 29.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 39.1% from three-point range.
He is in his 17th NBA season out of Davidson (all with the Warriors).
With the victory, the Warriors improved to 9-6 in 15 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak.
Following the Pelicans, the Warriors will play their next game on Tuesday night when they visit the Orlando Magic.

As for the Pelicans, they dropped to 2-11 in 13 games, which has them as the 15th seed in the Western Conference.
They are in the middle of a five-game losing streak.
Following the Warriors, the Pelicans will play their next game on Monday night when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder.
