Who Is Jalen Hurts’ Wife Bry Burrows? Get to Know the Eagles Superstar QB’s Family

When Jalen Hurts married his longtime girlfriend, Bry Burrows, in April 2025, they kept it low-key. There were no social media posts or big news stories, just a small, private celebration between two people who like to stay out of the spotlight.
Their understated approach only adds to the intrigue. While Hurts is known as the Philadelphia Eagles’ star quarterback and Super Bowl MVP, Bry Burrows has quietly built an accomplished career of her own, all while supporting him from behind the scenes.

Who Is Bry Burrows?
Hurts appeared on “Good Morning America” with Robin Roberts in September to discuss the aftermath of the Super Bowl and aspects of his personal life. When asked about Bry, he said, “Well, you know where your strength comes from. You know where your rock is. Those are things that always give you encouragement anytime you step into something.”
Hurts and Burrows first met at the University of Alabama between 2016 and 2017, though their relationship didn’t blossom right away. The two dated on and off for several years before things became more serious. They were officially linked publicly when Burrows joined Hurts on the field to celebrate the Eagles’ NFC Championship victory in January 2023.
Despite their high-profile status, the couple has kept their relationship out of the spotlight. They share only the occasional shout-out on social media, preferring privacy over public attention.
More on Jalen Hurts’ Wife
Burrows graduated from the University of Alabama in 2017 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and political science. She went on to earn her MBA from Alabama’s Manderson School of Business, laying the groundwork for a successful career in the tech industry.
Beyond her corporate career, Burrows is passionate about mentorship and supporting the next generation of tech professionals. In 2022, she worked with minority undergraduate students through IBM’s eight-week Accelerate program, an initiative designed to help young talent develop key business and technology skills to prepare them for the professional world.
After graduation, an article in “People” said she worked at IBM as a senior client experience consultant in Dallas, Texas. She progressed through the company, becoming a sales executive and software financing leader. Today, she works as an artificial intelligence partner.
While the couple has never been one for the tabloids or actively pursued attention, they occasionally appear at events like the Time 100 Next Gala in 2023. Shortly after their engagement was announced, they appeared on the red carpet for the New York premiere of “The Evolution of the Black Quarterback,” a documentary series in which Hurts played a central part.
Most recently, on May 5, 2025, Burrows and Hurts were on the red carpet at the Met Gala, which was shortly after they exchanged their wedding vows. In a cover story for “Men’s Health” that had dropped just days prior, Hurts said of Burrows, “You can call her my wife.”
The Eagles are 7-2 heading into Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season. They find themselves in the pole position to win the NFC East and make another run at the Super Bowl after winning it last season.
Hurts has thrown for 1,860 yards, 16 touchdowns, and one interception in eight games this season. He has also rushed for 234 yards and five touchdowns on 63 carries. PFSN’s QB Impact metric has the Eagles star ranked ninth in the league among quarterbacks.
