Shaedon Sharpe flirted with a double-double for the Trailblazers Friday night, grabbing eight rebounds and scoring 19 points (7-16 FG, 1-5 3PT, 4-8 FT) while also blocking one shot, dishing out three assists, and recording one steal in a 140-116 loss to the Rockets.

Sharpe continues a steady stretch on both ends of the floor, finishing with three or more rebounds and 18 or more points in each of his last five games. The 22-year-old has provided head coach Tiago Splitter with an athletic option as part of a versatile Portland starting five, averaging 21.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while posting a usage rate of 30.6% so far this season.
