Citi Field on Saturday played host to the Dominican Republic vs. Puerto Rico. Both Carlos Beltrán and Carlos Delgado were at Citi Field for the matchup between the two teams.

Beltrán spoke with Chelsea Sherrod of SNY and said that the Mets’ top priorities this offseason are retaining Edwin Díaz and Pete Alonso, plus improving the team’s defense. In discussing his upcoming induction into the Mets’ Hall of Fame next year, Beltran also talked with Sherrod about how though the seven years he was in New York were rocky and had their ups and downs, he was proud of his accomplishments.

Lee Mazzilli talked with SNY Mets about his upcoming induction into the Mets’ Hall of Fame and how what makes it most special is knowing that when his granddaughter goes to Citi Field, she’ll see his picture and know that that’s her grandpa.
