Taylor Swift’s Best Movie Can’t Be Streamed Anywhere

If you’re looking for a (legal) way to watch the Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour movie, you are out of luck. The Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert movie premiered in October 2023, and confirmed, if nothing else, that the singer was the biggest pop star on the planet. Two years later, she hasn’t moved from her summit.

The Eras Tour was not the first concert movie Taylor Swift made, and she’s actually had a handful made over the years. Before The Eras Tour, she made the Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018, in support of her fifth concert tour, which was for her sixth studio album, Reputation, but good luck finding the movie.

Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour Movie Can’t Be Watched Anywhere

Taylor Swift during the Reputation era of the Eras Tours movie

Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour specifically documents Swift’s second performance at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. It was released exclusively on Netflix on December 31, 2018, but then, it was taken off Netflix five years later on December 30, 2023 (via Tomsguide). Since then, you can’t find it anywhere.

For whatever reason, Reputation Stadium Tour is not available anywhere else to stream. It’s not even available for digital download anywhere, and no one seems to know where it went. If you dig deep enough through the web, you may come across someone’s download of the film, but click those links at your own risk.

The film is also partially available to watch on YouTube and DailyMotion if you don’t mind clicking through several pages of incorrect searches. Even then, you’ll only get to see select scenes and pieces. Perhaps some intrepid Swift fan will scour the internet for clips and stitch together the full film.

Hear Me Out, Reputation Tour Was A Better Movie Than The Eras Tour

Because it’s almost impossible to watch Reputation Stadium Tour, there is no way to prove this claim, but at the same time, I guess there’s no way to prove I’m wrong, so I’ll shoot my shot and say that Reputation Stadium Tour was a better film than The Eras Tour. A lot of money may say otherwise, but oh well.

Now I’m not saying that Reputation is better than Eras, or even that the Reputation tour is better than the Eras tour, but I am saying the movie made of Reputation is better than Eras. Reputation feels more like it was made for film than Eras was. There are props, explosive visuals, and choreography that feel perfect for a movie.

Reputation showcases the scale of the Arlington concert better than Eras, bringing you into the event, making you feel there. The behind-the-scenes of Swift also humanizes her and connects you to the story. Eras feels a bit more like a “greatest hits” of the tour, which is fun, but not quite as magical.
