Coleen Rooney has seemingly poked fun at this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here stars after she was revealed to have offered some advice to one of the new campmates.

The WAG and TV personality took part in the hit ITV reality show last year, where she finished as runner-up behind King of the Jungle, Danny Jones.

Ahead of the popular programme’s return for the 2025 series on Sunday night (November 16), Coleen took to social media to reflect on a year since her own jungle entrance.

Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-four, who is married to former footballer Wayne Rooney, shared a string of pictures from her time Down Under and said: “So excited for tonight’s first episode of @imacelebrity!

“Can’t believe it’s been a year…. I had the best experience in the jungle with such a great gang. Good luck to everyone taking part this year!”

She also took to her Instagram Story and shared how she had a different use for her meal tin now she’s back home. Posting a snap of the silver tin filled with popcorn, Coleen wrote: “No rice and beans for me this year…” before adding a winking face emoji.

Coleen wasn’t heading into the jungle this year

Meanwhile, Coleen is said to have been giving advice to new campmate, Angry Ginge, ahead of him taking part in I’m A Celeb’s latest run.

The YouTuber, who hails from Manchester, is among the famous faces who will head into the jungle this year, having impressed earlier this year during an appearance for team England at Soccer Aid.

Joining the 23-year-old, real name Morgan Burtwistle, in I’m a Celeb’s 2025 line-up is model Kelly Brook, former England Lionesses footballer Alex Scott and TV personality Jack Osbourne.

The ten names are completed by comedian Ruby Wax, Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley, social media star Morgan Burtwistle, who is known as Angryginge, actress Shona McGarty, singer Martin Kemp, comedian Eddie Kadi, and rapper Aitch.

Appearing on Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby before heading to Australia, Angry Ginge – real name Morgan Burtwistle – detailed the chat with Coleen.

“When you get to a trial, empty your water out because the water you get in the jungle is smoky, apparently,” he explained.

Following the advice from Coleen, Ginge told the presenters: “They’ve got to give you fresh water when you get there.” The influencer, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, continued: “I got told to reduce my caffeine intake.”
