The episode will begin with the stars revealing a secret ingredient that must form the centrepiece of their dish, including sea bream, haggis and peanut butter.

After this, the palate test will see the stars having to identify cubes of either meat, fish, veg or fruit by touch and taste alone, as they will all be blindfolded throughout.

This week’s final round will see the show’s street food market re-open for business. For the task, all participants have to do is cook a dish they would serve from their own food truck or stall in just one hour.
