Thursday will continue the pattern of partly cloudy skies but with a minimal chance of rain, pegged at only 5%. Both the maximum temperature and the wind conditions will be similar to the previous days, ensuring a consistent weather pattern for the midweek.
Looking ahead, Friday will bring a slight increase in temperatures, with a maximum predicted at 25°C under partly cloudy skies. Over the weekend, showers return, particularly on Saturday, with the mercury rising slightly, reaching up to 27°C. Currently, the broader South Australian region is influenced by a ridge of high pressure over the north and west, directing a southwesterly airstream across central and eastern parts. Multiple troughs are forecast to pass over the southeast around today and Wednesday, shifting the ridge toward the Bass Strait by Friday. This movement paves the way for a low and trough to approach from the far west by the weekend, affecting local weather conditions.
