DroneShield chief executive Oleg Vornik, chairman Peter James and director Jethro Marks may not feature heavily on its share registry any more. After all, it was the trio’s offloading of nearly $70 million in shares in the past fortnight that is behind a drop of nearly 40 per cent in its stock price.
But some of the other big names on the technology small-cap’s registry weren’t as lucky. That includes veteran businessman Charles Goode, who, it turns out, is the largest shareholder in the company after investment banks.
