There was a spike in users of social media platform X reporting problems on the DownDetector service early on Tuesday morning, as Cloudflare said its global network was experiencing issues.
President Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform was also among the websites affected by the Cloudflare issues.
“Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers,” the cybersecurity and internet technology company said on its status page. “Further detail will be provided as more information becomes available.”
