Brian Walshe is pleading guilty to two minor charges as jury selection is set to begin for his murder trial Tuesday in Norfolk Superior Court.
Walshe was accused of murdering his wife, Ana, in their South Shore home. He has pleaded not guilty.
In court Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to lying to investigators and disinterring the body of his wife.
Walshe will stand trial for first degree murder.
The guilty plea is ongoing as of 9:38 a.m. Tuesday.
