Wizards of the Coast is collaborating with Capcom to bring Monster Hunt to the world of Magic: The Gathering (MTG). Inspired by the beloved RPG series, MTG’s upcoming Secret Lair Superdrops will launch new bundles that represent the scale, artistry, and energy of Monster Hunter.
From iconic monsters to the thrill of the hunt, these bundles capture the excitement of Monster Hunt through the lens of MTG. This line will feature iconic monsters like Rathalos, Nergigante, and Zinogre across four Secret Lair drops, while supplies last. The Secret Lair series will feature four unique bundles, each focusing on different aspects of the RPG game: The Hunt, The Hunters, The Monsters, and The Monsters II.

Experience terrifying attacks with The Hunt bundle, perfect for Commander decks as it features monsters on non-creature spells. The Hunters drop depicts different armor sets and weapons from the game series, and includes human creature subtypes. The Monsters bundle includes fan-favorite monsters that now appear as Legendary Creatures in MTG. The Monsters II drop brings more Legendary Creatures to the game with monsters like Razaketh, Amaranth, Wasitora, and Kalamax.
MTG’s Secret Lair x Monster Hunter bundles will span across four drops, which go on sale from Dec. 1 at 9 a.m. PST to Dec. 21 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Fans can learn more about these upcoming drops by visiting wizards.com/monsterhunter.
