Mormon Wives Season 3 Reunion: Stassi Schroeder Hosts After Jessi Affair

The reunion for season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives will look a little different after a surprise host switch.

Us Weekly can exclusively debut the first look at the reunion, which airs Thursday, December 4, and has Stassi Schroeder taking over for Nick Viall. In the sneak peek, Stassi sits down with Jen Affleck, Demi Engemann, Whitney Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley, Jessi Ngatikaura, Taylor Frankie Paul, Layla Taylor and Miranda Hope as they break down their ongoing feuds and onscreen drama.

“Do you regret what you did?” Stassi asks Jessi about her affair with Marciano Brunette, to which she replies, “I wish I would have just left Jordan [Ngatikaura] instead of cheating.”

In addition to the ups and downs in Jessi and Jordan’s marriage, the cast’s feud with Demi gets addressed. The others are seen calling out Demi’s behavior in the video, with Taylor calling her costar “a snake in the grass.”

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives fans have watched the cast change on and off screen before the series even debuted. Season 1 of hit reality series, which follows a group of Mormon mom influencers, debuted on Hulu in September 2024 following star Taylor Frankie Paul‘s “soft swinging” sex scandal. “We’re not all swingers,” Whitney […]

After Demi is seemingly rude to Jen, her husband, Zac Affleck, jumps in. “You are talking to my wife,” he fires back. “Talk respectfully.”

Demi’s husband, Bret Engemann, also weighed in on the drama. “It is so hard to take you seriously with that little munchkin voice,” he seems to tell Zac.

Later in the trailer, Demi is seen in tears after being on the outs with everyone but Whitney. A quick glance at the seating chart seemingly confirms everyone from the show — including DadTok — features in the special.

The only person possibly missing is Dakota Mortensen, as Conner Leavitt, Zac, Jordan, Jace Terry and Jacob Neely are all seen on screen. After the men join the others on stage, Miranda’s ex-husband, Chase McWhorter, is seen sitting behind Taylor.

Stassi’s presence at the reunion might come as a surprise to some viewers still expecting Nick. The Bachelor alum, however, previously confirmed he wouldn’t be coming back after hosting the season 2 special.

“Sadly, though, I won’t be hosting the season 3 reunion,” he shared on a September episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “I’m sad because I love those women. I love that show and it was great to be a part of it.”

Nick noted that his upcoming Netflix dating show Age of Attraction — which he is cohosting with wife Natalie Joy — was the reason. “But working with my wife with Netflix … you know,” he added about not being able to take part in a Hulu show.

Stassi isn’t a stranger to the drama considering her connection to Marciano, who was featured heavily in season 3. Before coming to Utah to address his individual romantic entanglements with Jessi and Demi, Marciano was featured front and center in the first two seasons of Vanderpump Villa.

“When it came to filming our show, I knew what I was going to do going into it,” he exclusively told Us in May 2024. “I knew how I was gonna act and then from there it was gonna be one of those things of, ‘How do I make sure I do differentiate from [that version] when I’m not filming?’”

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 3 reunion airs Thursday, December 4, on Hulu.
