A couple of Western Conference squads that had some major shakeups in the offseason meet up for the first of three times this regular season on Tuesday, Nov. 18 when the Phoenix Suns visit the Portland Trail Blazers at the Moda Center in Portland, Ore.
This NBA game is scheduled to start at 11 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on NBC. The Suns are 8-6 and coming off a 124-122 loss to the Atlanta Hawks that halted a five-game winning streak. Dillon Brooks was the game’s leading scorer with 34 while Devin Booker chipped in 27. Collin Gillespie had 15, eight boards and seven assists off the bench while Jordan Goodwin added another 14 as a reserve.
The Blazers have lost two straight to get to 6-7. Their last game was a 138-133 overtime loss to the Dallas Mavericks in which Jrue Holiday was a late scratch. Shaedon Sharpe had a game-high 36 points to go with six assists while Deni Avdija added 29, seven assists, six boards and a pair of blocks and Jerami Grant added 26.
