R.I.P., Luna? The Bold & Beautiful Villainess May Have Just Been Struck Out for Good

At the tail end of the Bold & Beautiful episode that aired on November 20 (read the recap), Luna was running from half of L.A. Deputy Chief Baker was pursuing her on foot while a police helicopter shone a spotlight on the fugitive from above. The double murderess and rapist’s grandmothers Li and Sheila were hot on her trail, as were Deacon, Bill, Katie and Ivy. But in the end, none of them nabbed her.
Nope, Luna ran right into traffic and was struck by… Well, we didn’t see what, but no matter the vehicle’s make and model, it’s going to send the villainess back to the E.R. The question is, will she manage to cheat death again? Li is sure as hell not going to risk her career again to issue her ungrateful granddaughter a new lease on life. And if the doctor happens to get Luna as a patient in the O.R., we wouldn’t be surprised if she let the scalpel slip, just enough to ensure that the psycho wouldn’t ever harm anyone else.
If Luna does kick the bucket, she could end up doing some good on her way out. The way Katie’s secondhand heart has become a hot topic of conversation lately, it seems like a safe bet that she’ll be needing a replacement for brother Storm’s ticker. What irony if the woman Katie hates more than anyone winds up donating the organ she desperately needs to live! (More on that here.)
What do you think? Is Luna a goner?
We have a hunch that the show is too heavily invested in her to let her go. In fact, our money’s on Taylor, of all people, being the individual who helps wipe Luna’s smug smile off her face for good and enables her to lead a normal life. Cue the intense conflict with Steffy, Deacon… everybody! (More on that here.)
