I’m a Celeb star Kelly Brook’s husband has tenderly opened up about his wife after seeing her sob in the Jungle. Jeremy Parisi said seeing his wife get tearful in the Jungle broke his heart as he admitted: “I’m beyond proud.”
The I’m a Celebrity campmate choked up in the Bush Telegraph after receiving a picture of hubbie Jeremy, and their dog Teddy. And Jeremy told the Mirror how he wished he’d been here to console her.
“Seeing Kelly tear up was really tough to watch,” he said. “We spend most of our time together so I knew the distance would be hard but it’s definitely tougher than I could have ever imagined.” Speaking before entering the jungle, Kelly revealed how she was more worried about how Jeremy, and Teddy would cope without her.

And Jeremy – who viewers watched with Kelly on Celebrity Race Across the World – admitted he was finding the going tough. “It’s been hard but Teddy and I are watching every night which has been a real comfort as we feel a bit closer with her back in our living room just on the TV and not next to us on the sofa,” he said.
Jeremy won’t have too long before he sees again, and is set to travel Down Under where he will be at the end of the famous bridge in camp when she exits. He will miss Kelly’s 46th birthday this weekend.
And he admits: “I’m really looking forward to seeing her when I get to Australia but I know not spending her birthday with her on Sunday will feel strange for us all.” Praising his wife, he added: “She seems to be setting into camp life more and more with each episode I watch, she’s doing so brilliantly, I’m beyond proud.”
Before going into the jungle, Kelly urged I’m a Celebrity viewers to accept her curves in the wake of getting trolled over her figure. The star was the target of vicious comments about her body after landing at Brisbane airport week ago.And Jeremy said of his wife: “She is so beautiful…and looks fantastic on the TV.”

Last week Kelly had pleaded with fans not to judge her over her curves. She said: “Obviously, I am not a 20-year-old bikini model anymore. You know, life changes and your body changes. And I just hope people are accepting of me and how I look now, and not comparing me to how I used to look. You know, I am a very different person. I am older, but I am still strong and I am still fit, and that is the most important thing.”
Jeremy – and her over-reliance on him – was one of the reasons Kelly signed up for the show in the first place. It came after they starred in Race Across the World. “I relied on Jeremy so much…so when this opportunity came up, I thought, ‘You know what? I should really test myself,” she said days before entering camp.
And she admitted she didn’t know how he will cope with her being out of the country.“I am actually more worried about him being at home alone… I did not freeze any little meals for Jeremy and he will probably be living on like takeaways,” she says. She did reveal that Jeremy’s mum was moving in with him.
“We have organised for his mum to come over and take care of him and the dog in the house. He is Italian. At the end of the day, he is a mamma’s boy.” Kelly fell in love with Frenchman Jeremy after romances with actors Jason Statham and Billy Zane, and rugby players Danny Cipriani and Thom Evans. They initially met on social media, and later married in 2022
