The Manchester rapper, 25, was left terrified after the reptiles repeatedly snipped at his body and attempted to bite him THREE times as he attempted to pass through a small vault in order to retrieve a star.

Fans quickly took to Reddit to react in anger to what they deemed the “horrible” ITV challenge which they claimed was “obvious animal cruelty.”

They also suggested that – despite the animal’s fiery attitude – the solo I’m A Celeb challenge had been “fixed” – with their mouths “taped up.”

One fan wrote on the platform: “How do they have crocs on the show??

“Im’ a huge fan but after seeing the crocs in that trial I’m confused how it’s safe, are their mouths tied or something because they could cause some serious injuries especially with celebs under pressure in the trials.’

A second mused: “The mouth [of the croc] tonight was open then somehow taped up with brown tape.”

A third posted: “You can see they’ve got a band of tape (grey/brown colour in this episode) around their snout. So they can’t actually bite, but they can still lash out, which is plenty scary.”

Another ranted: “Crocodiles with mouths taped up, what a pointless thing to put in the show.”

One replied: “That or have the celebs in real danger or not have them at all. I choose the not have them at all,” as one then put: “Agree, that’s what I mean.

“Don’t put them in as the only thing they’re doing is upsetting the crocs.”

Another simply put: “I didn’t like it. They were obviously distressed.”

A fan then surmised: “I thought that was horrible actually and I will stop watching if they have any more obvious animal cruelty.”

TRIAL HORROR

More than two million viewers voted for My G hitmaker Aitch to tackle the terrifying task.

Viewers were tasked with voting between Eddie and Aitch, and hosts Ant and Dec strolled down into the jungle to meet with the stars and reveal the latest voting results.

Dec then announced: “The public has decided the person they want to see face The Jungle Doomsday Vault is Aitch.

An excited Aitch jumped to his feet and hugged Eddie and said: “You know what, I was praying they’d said both of us.”

As part of the task, Aitch was forced to squeeze himself into the small space to untie a star tied from the roof.

The chamber had two crocodiles with one of them at the very entrance.

As soon as he attempted to move inside the chamber, the crocodile launched itself at him.

Recoiling in horror, Aitch then attempted to pass through once again but the crocodile flew at the star in an attempt to bite him once again.

Appearing at a loss for what to do, Aitch asked Ant and Dec how to navigate the task with Ant telling him to place his movements slowly and carefully.

With the crocodile going for him for a third time, Aitch jokingly became angry with the animal as he beckoned: “Come on then! Come on then!”

At the end, he rolled out of the Trial before revealing he had collected a total of seven out of 10 stars.
