Play in the second Test between Bangladesh and Ireland in Mirpur was halted briefly on the third day after an earthquake was felt at the ground.
Ireland was 165 for five, just after the 55th over of the second innings, when tremors caused a short interruption.
“Goodness. Play has stopped here due to a minor tremor/earthquake,” Cricket Ireland wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

According to local media in Bangladesh, the magnitude of the earthquake was over 5 on the Richter scale, with the epicentre being Ghorashal, Bangladesh.
The tremors remained for about 30 seconds before play resumed.
