Greek Referee “Valisios Fotias” Appointed to Officiate Morocco vs. Mali in U-17 World Cup Round of 16

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has appointed a Greek referee to officiate the match between the Moroccan U-17 national team and their Malian counterparts in the Round of 16 of the U-17 World Cup.

Al-Botola learned that FIFA has appointed referee Valisios Fotias to lead this match, assisted by his compatriots Andreas Meintanas and Michail Papadakis.

Romanian Marian Barbu will serve as the fourth official, while his compatriot Mircea Grigoriu has been appointed as the fifth official for the encounter.

The Moroccan national team is set to face its American counterpart tomorrow, Tuesday, starting at 16:45 (GMT+1). It is worth noting that the national squad previously overcame the United States in the Round of 32, while Mali advanced past Zambia.
