Controversial Thomas took to Instagram and posted: “Anyone here do liposuction?
“I want to get rid of my double chin but I don’t want to get rid of curry for breakfast. Please help. Bosh.”
Thomas recently revealed his surprising Strictly Come Dancing fee to take part on the BBC show.
The businessman, 34, said he jumped at the chance at taking part on the programme when bosses approached him.

Following his bombshell interview with The Sun in which he confessed to cheating on his wife, Thomas disclosed how much he was being paid.
He told The Times that he’s being paid £10k to take part on the show.
“I’m getting ten grand for Strictly but seriously, I’d do it for a tenner,” Thomas said.
But Thomas’ BBC PR later told the publication that this “should not be taken as his full fee”.
However, the controversial reality star found himself losing the public vote alongside professional partner Amy Dowden after weeks of chaos around his inclusion in the BBC show.
The former Apprentice star had scored just 29 points out of 80 across his first two dances, leaving his stint on the show very brief indeed.
In a shock meltdown he even admitted he regretted ever being on Strictly – with insiders revealing he’d been abandoned by close friends.
Thomas confessed to having an affair just three weeks after getting married to wife Sinead in 2022.
He called it a “two-week fling” and said guilt took over after he slept with a beauty clinic boss.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, he said he met an “attractive woman” who offered free cosmetic treatments at her clinic in return for publicity.
Fighting back tears, Thomas said he had a two-week fling with Amy-Lucy O’Rourke, 35 — but described it as a mistake and said the guilt took over after they slept together.
He told us: “It is the biggest mistake of my life.
“I met her in a pub. She was a single mum.
“We chatted on the phone and she offered me some kind of cosmetic slimming treatments.
“I had a fling. It was nothing more than that. It was the one time, it was a mistake.
“I woke up feeling absolutely terrible about it. I felt so guilty. I told my wife.
“I let her down in that brief moment of madness where I wasn’t thinking, where I didn’t appreciate what I had.
