Luke Riley lived up to his hype earlier today (Sat., Nov. 22, 2025) at UFC Qatar LIVE on ESPN+ from inside the ABHA Arena in Doha, Qatar, turning in a second-round knockout finish over battle-tested featherweight Bogdan Grab.
If you didn’t know, Riley entered this weekend as one of the brightest young prospects in the 145-pound division. The undefeated Cage Warriors standout was making his official Octagon debut on the heels of an 11-0 record with eight knockouts. Fight fans were excited to say the least, but it was up to Riley to showcase his knockout prowess and end Grad’s day early.
After a fairly competitive first round, Riley was finally able to find an opportunity to land his patented striking. He leveled Grad with a vicious left hook that sent him crashing to the canvas. Riley jumped on top for heavy ground-and-pound to inflict more damage and eventually force the referee stoppage. It was pretty impressive and an overall great debut that will earn Riley a bigger spot his next time out.
