I’m A Celebrity fans have been left feeling “worried” for Lisa Riley after spotting a “concerning change”.

The hit ITV programme returned to screens last weekend, with ten new celebrities facing their fears in the Australian jungle.

As the group settle in to camp life, the show’s viewers were recently left worried for Emmerdale star Lisa, who appeared to have a swollen and inflamed left eye during Thursday’s (November 20) episode.

However, there has been no mention of the injury on screen.

After noticing the redness on Lisa’s face, several fans quickly flocked to social media to voice their concern, reports the Mirror.

One viewer questioned: “Any else noticed Lisa’s eye looks swollen?” whilst another remarked: “What’s wrong with Lisa’s face? Has she been bit by something. Her under eyes look sore.”

A third enquired: “What has happened to Lisa, has she been bitten just below her eye?”

Meanwhile, another worried fan stated: “Guys, I am worried about Lisa, the bugs have really got her.”

It remains unconfirmed what has occurred, though medical professionals are available should any celebrities require assistance during the series.

Lisa has been adapting to jungle life remarkably well and has emerged as one of the most beloved campmates so far.

The actress has formed a particularly strong bond with fellow contestant Jack Osbourne as they shared heartfelt conversations about losing their parents.

The television personality asked Jack about his father, Ozzy Osbourne, who died earlier this year.

Both became tearful as they discussed the rock legend, with Lisa revealing that her mum has also passed away. Lisa revealed that her mum would be thrilled about her taking on the jungle challenge but would simultaneously fret about her daughter’s wellbeing.

She explained: “While my mum would be gleaming at the prospect of me doing the jungle, I can also imagine her sat there at nine o’clock, being frantically worried about me. But she knows that I am a very headstrong person.”

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! airs at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX
