Washington Huskies @ UCLA Bruins – Game Thread and How to Watch

UCLA has been a team of streaks. They opened the season with four straight losses that cost Deshaun Foster the coaching job. They proceeded to win three in a row, including a win over Penn St that hastened James Franklin’s departure. Since then, they have returned to earth with three straight losses, although those two of those have been against the top two teams in the country (OSU and Indiana). Strangely, last year’s UCLA team followed a similar trend. The beat Hawaii to open the season, lost five in a row, then surprisingly won three straight against teams who looked better than them on paper. The Huskies ended at that streak with a 31-19 win at Husky Stadium. An optimist would interpret that as UW having the ability to beat UCLA even when things are going well for the Bruins. A pessimist would notice that we were the ones who reversed their streak, and they’re currently on a losing run. I will try to remain optimistic.
Kickoff at 7:30 PM Seattle time from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
