Is British tennis star Emma Raducanu dating a mystery man from New Zealand?

British tennis star Emma Raducanu’s personal life continues to attract attention, with a new report linking her to a mystery man from New Zealand. According to The Sun, Raducanu has recently been seen spending time with Jack Coman, who works in finance.
Coman was also photographed sitting behind the 2021 US Open champion while she watched England defeat the All Blacks 31-19 at Twickenham earlier this month.
Raducanu had previously been linked to fellow tennis star Carlos Alcaraz, with speculation fuelled by their decision to team up for the mixed doubles event at the 2025 US Open. Both players, however, denied the rumours, with Raducanu stating firmly: “We’re just good friends.”
Alcaraz likewise clarified that he is not dating anyone.
In an interview with The Times, Raducanu revealed that her parents had been strict about dating during her childhood. “My parents were very much against [boyfriends] as it interfered with training. When I was younger I wasn’t even allowed to hang out with my girl friends. A lot of the time I was very resentful, but it made me very confident and comfortable in my own company,” she said.
Raducanu also described her close relationship with her mother, telling Women’s Health that she is “a big pillar” in both her personal and professional life. “She knows me inside out. It’s kind of freaky, so I go to her a lot. She’s my best friend.”
The 23-year-old added that her parents were “pushy” when she was younger. “Now they’re at a place where they tell me what they think is best, but they realise that the more they push, the more I’m going to resist,” she said.
Reflecting on her upbringing, Raducanu said she does not blame her parents for their strict approach. “I’ve seen some great players I competed with in juniors who had much more lenient parents, ‘It’s OK if you lost’, and those players don’t play tennis anymore,” she added.
