Questions raised over Ireland’s future after plucky defeat by Springboks

Andy Farrell has made four changes to his starting lineup from their win over Australia. Garry Ringrose and Josh van der Flier return from injury. Bundee Aki and Andrew Porter also come into the starting XV. Robbie Henshaw has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
