In this, he becomes the fourth-ever Pakistani to bag a hat-trick in the format. All-rounder Faheem Ashraf was the first Pakistani to do so, against Sri Lanka in 2017. As far as ZIM batting is concerned, only Sikandar Raza and Ryan Burl could manage to get in double digits. In fact, it was Burl who went on to score a fifty, that took the team over 100. Nawaz was equally good, and bagged two wickets for PAK. Earlier in the day, Pakistan had scored 195 in the first innings.
Sahibzada Farhan went on to score 63, with Babar Azam also scoring 74 in 52. Fakhar Zaman gave a push to the score as he went on to record 27 in just 10 deliveries. ZIM had lost their first encounter of the tri-series against the Same opposition. The series will now end on November 29, with making it to the final. The other team could be either between ZIM and SL, who have been poor in the series.
