Rams announce trio of roster moves ahead of Week 12 matchup vs. Bucs

The Los Angeles Rams are set to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday night at SoFi in a Week 12 matchup between two NFC division leaders.
On Saturday, Los Angeles announced three roster moves, elevating linebacker Elias Neal and wide receiver Brennan Presley from the practice squad. They also signed safety Tanner Ingle to the active roster.
Neal, 24, signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Marshall last year. He’s appeared in seven games over the last two seasons but has yet to record a statistic. This is his second elevation of three.
Presley, 23, signed with Los Angeles as an undrafted free agent this year out of Oklahoma State, where he earned All-Big 12 honors twice. He may serve as the team’s kick returner this week, as Xavier Smith has been on the injury report with a concussion. This is his first elevation from the practice squad.
Ingle, 26, joined the Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2023 out of NC State, where he earned All-ACC honors twice. Despite being with the team for three seasons, he’s never appeared in a game. With Quentin Lake now on injured reserve, Ingle could be defensive depth and a special teams contributor.
