I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here bosses have a nickname for Kelly Brook.
The run-up to I’m A Celeb is always shrouded in secrecy and the celebrities are even assigned covert codenames to keep their identities under wraps. This year, it’s been reported that two campmates’ “secret codenames” have been leaked.
In an attempt to throw fans off the scent, it’s claimed that show bosses used a pseudonym for Angry Ginge – in homage to his fiery locks, he was reportedly dubbed Spicy.
A source claimed to The Sun: “They have come up with some great ones over the years, which always keep people guessing. Ginge’s codename is particularly fitting as he’s ITV’s secret ingredient to spice things up and bring in new viewers this year,” reports the Mirror.
Kelly Brook’s alias has also allegedly been unveiled as River, a playful nod to her surname, both of which are a synonym for a small stream. Martin Kemp was allegedly named Barre, referering the rail used by ballet dancers which is a nod to his band Spandau Ballet.

With over five million followers across his social platforms, Ginge is currently the bookies’ favourite to take the crown.
The YouTuber is said to be drawing inspiration from cricket star Ben Stokes as he promises a ginger revolution in Australia, his family has revealed. His uncle Sam shared with the Mirror: “It’s perhaps no coincidence that two British Ginges are taking over Australia – one smashing sixes and the other smashing trials.”
In the recent Bushtucker Camp Fright, 24 year old Ginge faced off against various creepy-crawlies in Rotten Removals, bagging all four stars on offer. He also aced The Divey eating trial, securing 10 stars alongside Ruby Wax.

An insider also commented: “He is fast becoming a force of nature in the trials, rather like Ben at cricket and there should be plenty more to endure as his fan base are extremely loyal and are voting in their droves.”
It’s believed he sought advice from Coleen Rooney prior to entering the jungle, following her successful stint on the show. He also reportedly geared up for his I’m a Celebrity adventure by binge-watching old episodes of SAS: Who Dares Wins.
