EastEnders airs shock new Jasmine and Cindy theory in early iPlayer release

EastEnders spoilers follow for Monday’s episode (24 November), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders’ Cindy Beale has suggested a frightening new theory about the identity of Jasmine Fisher, as she learns more about the mysterious character’s past. But as she desperately searches for an escape, things go seriously wrong and Cindy is left fighting for her life…
There have been many question marks around Jasmine since she first arrived in Walford, and it has become clear to viewers that she has a mission to get revenge on another Square resident.
Cindy’s suspicions of the newcomer grew further in today’s episode, as she told Elaine that the National Insurance number Jasmine gave was invalid. Elaine shared her own concerns and noted that she has taken an abnormal interest in Cindy.
When Cindy went hunting for clues in the house, Jasmine caught her snooping around and was horrified. Oscar and Lauren firmly had Jasmine’s back and came to her defence.

Cindy retreated to The Vic and reported back to Elaine – but Nigel overheard and told them that Jasmine had said “she needs to pay for what she did” after he ran her over.
Meanwhile, Lauren discovered that Jasmine had taken Anthony’s keys to the surgery, and soon found out that she and Oscar had recently broken in. Lauren was furious about Jasmine’s bad influence on her brother and told her to move out of the house.
Lauren secretly took Jasmine’s phone, then she and Cindy decided to call her elusive mum Anita. They arranged a meeting, and Anita told her some worrying truths about her daughter.

Cindy suspected that she was in danger, and she phoned her witness protection handler Mary to tell her that she believes the Fords have found her.
Hatching a plan, she found Ian and warned him that they need to go on the run with Peter, Gina and Anna – but Ian didn’t believe that Jasmine was a Ford.
