Fallout 4 November 2025 Update Released – Full Patch Notes

Bethesda has released the November 2025 Title Update for Fallout 4 and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new update brings to the table.
The November 2025 Update, also known as Patch 1, focuses on fixing some crashes and stability issues. Moreover, it brings a number of UX/UI tweaks.
Going into more details, the patch fixes a few rare crashes. One crash could happen when choosing to use the save data load order, especially if the save had missing Creations. Another crash could happen when selecting “Purchase Credits” on PC. The patch also fixes a crash that could occur when choosing “Download all owned Creation Club Creations.
The November 2025 Update fixes several problems with Creation Club content. It stops the game from getting stuck on an infinite loading screen when downloading missing content from a save made on another platform. It also fixes an issue where the game did not warn you when loading a save that used different creations. Plus, downloading a creation and then disabling it right away will no longer break other content that depends on it.
And that’s not all. This update also improves performance in the Creations menu on all platforms. It fixes an issue where the game would get stuck loading a save that needed certain creations. It also stops the game from softlocking when you open and close the Creations menu over and over. The in-game Creations menu will now follow the load order you set, instead of sorting everything alphabetically. Plus, you can now like or unlike creations in the Load Order menu the way you’re supposed to.
Do note that this update may not be compatible with some of the DLC-sized mods we’ve shared. So, you might not be able to play America Rising 2, which integrates the Enclave faction into the main story with 24 main quests. Hunter’s Abyss and Caves Of The Commonwealth are two other fan expansion mods. Fallout London may also have issues with it. Then we have Sim Settlements 2 – Chapter 3, Whispering Hills, which is a cool Silent Hill mod, and The Wilderness Mod. Plus, there is a horror quest mod that is inspired by Lovecraft, Resident Evil, and Dead Space. A few months ago, we also shared a brand new dark quest mod, called Project A.R.E.S. Let’s also not forget Atom’s Retribution, which offers 24+ hours of gameplay and 40+ new quests. Or how about the Mass Effect Evolution Mod?
Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.
