David Beckham once showed off his kind nature with a classy gesture at one of Gordon Ramsay’s lavish dinner parties. The Beckhams are known to be close family friends with the Ramsays, with Victoria celebrating with the Scots chef’s daughter, Holly Ramsay, at her lavish Soho Farmhouse hen do earlier this month, which her future mother-in-law, Jennifer Peaty was noticeably absent from.
Beckham, who achieved one of the most legendary careers in English football history, secured a whole host of honours with Manchester United, including the Treble in 1999. He also played for multiple other big teams including Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain before he finally called time on his playing career in his late 30s.
Few sportsmen have reached the impressive heights of fame and fortune that the former England captain obtained, given his off field ventures and even fewer are regarded as so humble and gentlemanly despite Beckham’s level of success. The 50-year-old finally received his knighthood earlier this month, having been recognised for his services to sport and charity.
After the service at Windsor Castle, where he was knighted by King Charles, Beckham was snapped leaving his close pal Ramsay’s Michelin-starred restaurant in Chelsea, the Mirror reports.

David first met Gordon back in 2006, with their friendship deepening after they both relocated to Los Angeles with their wives and children.
According to Tash Pericic, former assistant manager to the Scots superstar chef at his Michelin-starred Maze Grill in London, Beckham was one of the most regular diners there.
Ms Pericic also spoke of an occasion when she was helping to cater for a private Christmas party dinner at Ramsay’s London home, where one interaction with Beckham left a good long lasting impression.
She explained in an interview with Insider that Ramsay was mainly amicable, aside from some angry remarks he made over chairs where he exclaimed: “What the f*** do you call these chairs!? They’re so terrible I wouldn’t throw them on a f****** bonfire!”
However, she then added: “Gordon turned to us and said, ‘Relax, you aren’t at work, enjoy, have a glass of champagne,’ so we had a Christmas Eve toast with Gordon.”
But it was Beckham’s polite gesture that apparently stood out even more.
She went on to explain that the former Manchester United star, who was accompanied by his wife Victoria, was the only guest to introduce himself to the kitchen staff out of all the dinner party attendees.
Praising his behaviour, she said: “A small gesture, but it says a lot.”
Her recollection of Beckham shows an appreciation for his kindness towards staff, who are very often under tremendous pressure to deliver in the hospitality sector, despite his celebrity status.
