In Gameweek 12 of 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League, 40 players have earned defensive contribution points so far.
As a reminder, defenders need to reach a combined total of 10 clearances, blocks, interceptions or tackles (CBIT) to earn two Fantasy points, while midfielders and forwards need 12 CBIT and recoveries.
In Gameweek 12, there are 22 defenders, 17 midfielders and one forward who have reached the required threshold for the additional FPL points.
Jarrod Bowen (£7.7m) has become the first ever forward to earn defensive contribution points in Fantasy. West Ham United’s talisman made six ball recoveries, three clearances, two tackles and an interception to reach the threshold of 12 defensive actions.
