When Did Brock Purdy Get Married?
Purdy and Jenna announced their engagement in July 2023 and were married the following March. Their family grew again in July 2025 with the arrival of their daughter, Millie Joleen Purdy. The two have been together since their college days and have stayed close through every step of Purdy’s NFL rise.
Jenna was born on Oct. 26, 1999, in Sumner, Iowa, where she grew up with her parents, Kevin and Amy Brandt, and her siblings, Kaylyn, Isaiah, and Morgan. She attended Sumner-Fredericksburg High School, where she played volleyball all four years and served as a team captain twice.
Purdy and Brandt first met while attending Iowa State University, where they were both freshmen in 2019. Jenna continued her volleyball career as a setter for the Iowa State Cyclones before transferring to the University of Northern Iowa in 2021. Despite the change, the couple maintained a long-distance relationship and made it work, staying connected throughout college.
They went official on Instagram in late 2022 when Jenna shared a series of photos featuring Purdy and her family spending time on a farm. She captioned the slideshow, “my roots and my boy,” while Purdy chimed in the comment section to call her “my girl.”
Much like his quick and decisive decisions on the field, Purdy wasted no time securing his future with Mrs. Purdy and proposed to Jenna on a dock in Saint Cloud, Fla, in July 2023. The 49ers quarterback shared a series of engagement photos on Instagram.
They exchanged vows in Des Moines last year, celebrating their love in the presence of family and close friends. Jenna walked down the aisle in a stunning strapless, mermaid-style wedding gown, while 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo.
In July 2025, the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Millie Joleen Purdy. Sharing the joyful news on social media, they wrote, “Millie Joleen Purdy…life just became a whole lot sweeter.“
