Chelsea vs Barcelona

Chelsea have won eight of their last ten matches and are quickly emerging as Arsenal’s top challengers for the Premier League title.

A visit from La Liga heavyweights Barcelona will reveal just how far they have progressed under Enzo Maresca but Barca will have to do without injured stars Pedri and Gavi at Stamford Bridge.

Barca’s last four away trips have featured a 4-1 defeat at Sevilla, a 2-1 loss at Real Madrid and a 3-3 draw at Club Brugge, suggesting that they could be vulnerable in west London.

Manchester City vs Bayer Leverkusen

Manchester City’s Premier League title hopes suffered a setback on Saturday as they were beaten 2-1 at Newcastle. But City have been imperious in the Champions League this season and should have too much quality for Bayer Leverkusen.

The Citizens have taken ten points from their four European assignments and their run of seven straight victories at the Etihad includes a 4-1 rout of Leverkusen’s Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund and a smooth 3-0 success over Premier League champions Liverpool.

Napoli vs Qarabag

Napoli stretched their unbeaten home run in Serie A to 17 games with a commanding 3-1 win over Atalanta on Saturday and they should be able to follow up against Azerbaijani champions Qarabag, who were soundly beaten 3-1 at Athletic Bilbao on matchday three.

Napoli’s home record deserves great respect and, having picked up all of their four Champions League points in two matches at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, they will expect to ram home their superiority.

Slavia Prague vs Athletic Bilbao

Slavia Prague are still searching for their first victory of the league phase but, with Athletic Bilbao also struggling and in desperate form on their travels, they may not get a better chance to break their duck.

Draws against Bodo/Glimt and Atalanta show that Slavia can at least be competitive and they should be optimistic of beating their Basque visitors, who have lost four of their last five games in all competitions.

Football acca FAQs

What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an ‘acca’, is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.

Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.

What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
