A convicted fraudster, who was a well-known property developer and racehorse owner during the Celtic Tiger era, has been declared bankrupt with debts of more than €56m.
Conor Clarkson (61) was adjudicated bankrupt by the High Court following a petition from Gradual Investments Limited, which said it was owed almost €590,000 by the businessman.
