We Charge On | Brisbane Broncos Official Rebrand Launch
The modern new logo features the iconic Bronco, forward-facing, at its heart, a shield nodding to the original 1988 logo, and the Brisbane River flowing through the mark.
It officially retires the outgoing logo, fittingly – in the wake of the Club’s historic double Premiership year. Ironically, the outgoing logo was last updated following the 2006 Broncos Premiership season.
Signage at the Broncos’ Red Hill headquarters, billboards across Queensland and even the famous Brisbane letters at Southbank have been updated to showcase the modern new look – only the third in the Club’s 38-year history.
The rebrand also introduces a powerful new battle cry for the next era – We Charge On – a statement of ambition that places Brisbane on the national and international stage.
“This is more than just a logo – it’s a statement of who we are, where we’re from and importantly, where we’re headed,” said CEO Dave Donaghy.
It honours our past, celebrates our city, and positions us for the next generation, making us recognizable globally as we move towards Brisbane 2032 and as the NRL expands overseas.

“We’d be doing the Club, our Members and fans a disservice if we didn’t prepare for the broader opportunities in front of us.
“And what a way for our old logo to bow out, having been part of some of the Club’s greatest moments, including the history that was made this year.”
Developed with global brand agency, DDB Group, the rebrand follows 18 months of consultation with players, staff, member groups and sponsors.
A stirring brand video, narrated by rugby league legend Ray ‘Rabs’ Warren will be released across Broncos channels, capturing the Club’s journey, values and vision for the future.
NRL Head Coach Michael Maguire said the design speaks deeply to the Broncos’ legacy.
“For myself it’s about building on the history,” Maguire said.
“There’s a lot of meaning to the new logo when you dig a little deeper, there’s a great storyline that is told.
“You can’t stand still you’ve got to keep moving forward, and we have an exciting group.
“I feel we’re at the infancy of what we can go towards but it’s going to take everyone to be able to do that and charging on is a big part of it.”
Launch activities stretch from Brisbane to the Club’s regional heartland in Roma.
A giant new Broncos logo has been installed on the field at Red Hill overnight.
The first baby born in the new Broncos era at Mater Hospital in South Brisbane will also be honoured as part of the celebrations.
Broncos ‘superfan’ Cameron Smith will team up with Adam Reynolds, Kotoni Staggs and Jesse Arthars at today’s Australian PGA Celebrity ProAm at the Royal Queensland Golf Club, adding star power to the historic days.
In Roma, both the NRL and NRLW premiership trophies have arrived on the Broncos Trophy Tour, Driven by Kia Tasman.
Club Legends and former skippers Allan Langer and Alex Glenn will headline a Community breakfast at the Roma Saleyards, along with school visits and a XXXX “Trophies On Tap” event in the evening.
The rebrand also unveils the new 2026 home and away jerseys, including a refreshed, navy Cyril Connell tribute strip, honouring the roots of rugby league in Queensland and a Club icon.
Already, 50,000 Broncos members have signed on for season 2026, a powerful testament to the Broncos’ enduring connection with its supporters.
