Napoli to win & both teams to score

Napoli vs Qarabag
Champions League, 8pm Tuesday

The champions of Italy and Azerbaijan meet in the Champions League tonight and hosts Napoli should not be taking opponents Qarabag lightly.

Napoli start matchday five in 24th place in the 36-team table, three points behind Qarabag at the halfway point of the league phase.

The Azerbaijan Premier League powerhouses have shown their attacking quality in all four Champions League matches, starting with a stunning 3-2 comeback win against Benfica in Lisbon.

Qarabag followed up with a 2-0 home victory over a useful Copenhagen side before a 3-1 defeat at Athletic Bilbao and a 2-2 draw with Chelsea, who were 2-1 down at half-time.

Both teams have scored in Napoli’s last five home wins, including 3-1 Serie A victories against Inter and Atalanta and a 2-1 Champions League success against Sporting.

Antonio Conte’s men are far from secure defensively, going down 6-2 away to PSV last month, so Qarabag should be backed to land a blow on the home defence in Naples.
