Corey Feldman Settles Divorce After Ex’s $7K Per Month Support Request (Excl)

Corey Feldman and his estranged wife, Courtney Feldman, worked out a deal to avoid a messy trial after she demanded an increase to her spousal support, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Thursday, November 20, the judge presiding over Corey, 54, and Courtney’s divorce revealed the exes had reached a “global settlement” at a settlement conference.

Corey tells Us, “I’m glad that the most painful part of this is finally behind us. I pray for everyone involved that we can move on with our lives and heal.”

He added, “Please respect my wishes for privacy regarding this matter moving forward, as I have a very full slate of exciting things in the works for next year, and that’s where my focus needs to be.”

The deal comes weeks after Courtney told the court she deserved an increase in the $3,500 per month Corey was paying her in support.

Courtney and Corey wed in 2016 and split in 2023. They have been going back and forth about support for months. Corey initially paid Courtney $2,000 per month in support, but was ordered to increase it to $3,500 in August 2023.

On November 11, she filed court docs stating that Corey most likely pulled in a mid-six-figure salary for his recent appearance on Dancing With the Stars, while she works as a part-time barista and part-time Goodwill employee. She said reports state DWTS contestants pull in between $125,000 to $300,000 for one season. (Corey was eliminated week two on season 34 on the show and will return for a final appearance on Tuesday, November 25.)

She demanded the court award her $7,226 per month, $16,712 in retroactive payments, and $15,000 for her legal fees.

As Us previously reported, in court documents, Courtney alleged she has had to borrow money to pay bills since the split. She said she was without a car despite her ex having 2-3 luxury cars available to him.

Courtney also asked for $42,409, which she said was half of the community assets. She was also requesting Corey pay her medical bills totaling $4,379.

“I can say these requests are unexpected and excessive. Corey has continued to financially support Courtney for years. He has maintained her health insurance since the day she left,” Samantha Waranch, Corey’s publicist and close friend, told Us at the time, “Corey has always worked incredibly hard for everything he has, and he hopes that everyone in his life chooses to build their own success rather than relying on his.”

Courtney claimed in her response that the marriage fell apart when she told Corey she wanted to stop partying.

The former child star spoke to In Touch in November 2023 about the claims.

“I’m deeply hurt by the false accusations surrounding our divorce. Those who truly know me understand these allegations were made to sensationalize the story and gain sympathy from the court and public,” Corey stated. “Rather than addressing each false claim, for the sake of my family, I’ll simply say we were no longer compatible for the same reasons many marriages fall apart.”
