8:26 p.m. – Dylan & Daniella have performed their first routine, the Judges’ Choice. They got a 28 out of 30, as we wait for more performances tonight.
Dedication Night Performance on DWTS
While many people fell in love with Dylan during his time on “The Traitors,” including Boston Rob, I think the rest of America fell in love with Dylan during his Dedication Night performance.
For this performance, Dylan dedicated the routine to his younger sister, Olivia. He and Daniella were also joined by Olivia on the dance floor during the routine.
Dylan is shy, but clearly a competitor. He always seemed to have the walls up during his performances, like he didn’t want to show his full self to America.
However, Olivia joined him on the dance floor, and big brother mode kicked in or something. The walls seemed to fall, and he just seemed so relaxed out there. It was a new side of him for America to love.
20th Birthday Party Performance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’
How could we look back at Dylan and Daniella’s performance without including this one? For this 20th Birthday Party performance, they danced an Argentine Tango to “Ain’t No Sunshine” by Bill Withers. This dance was inspired by the performance by Milo Manheim & Witney Carson in the season 27 finale.
This was a much more serious performance for Dylan, but he showed how he continued to be more comfortable and relaxzed on the dance floor.
And it included the air walk moment in the dance that went viral. Everyone was recreating the moment online, including Daniella’s husband and daughter. It was also so good, it earned them their first perfect score of the season.
