Inside DWTS frontrunner Dylan Efron’s very private life in humble beach home

Dancing with the Stars favorite Dylan Efron may be related to one of Hollywood’s best-known leading men, but he enjoys a humble life away from the limelight.
The YouTuber is known for documenting his travels around the world, but prior to raising his profile with an appearance on The Traitors and his DWTS stint, he stayed out of the public eye, instead living a quiet life at his beach house.
Dylan, 33, has primarily lived in Manhattan Beach, CA in Los Angeles’ coveted South Bay neighborhood for several years.
The lavish 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom property is situated mere steps away from the beach on the famous California Strand. The home has a $6,000 a month rental price tag and has its own fenced-in backyard.
Dylan regularly shares posts with his followers on social media, showcasing his neighborhood and the surrounding area, and enjoying the sunny weather at Manhattan Beach.
Dylan does not live with his long-term girlfriend, Courtney King, who resides in a different part of LA. Dylan rarely shares images of Courtney on social media, as they keep their relationship private.
The pair have known each other for multiple years, having met as teenagers while attending high school in Arroyo Grande, California.
The coastal town is located around three hours north of Los Angeles, in the picturesque Pismo Beach area. Both Dylan and Zac grew up in the area, and their families still live there.
Dylan will regularly share posts documenting his visits to the coast to see his parents and siblings. Dylan and Zac are also brothers to their sister, Olivia, who is five, and their youngest brother, Henry, whose age is not confirmed.
Dylan began to find fame in his own right when he starred on season three of Peacock’s reality series The Traitors. He had a successful run on the show, finishing as one of the four winners alongside Gabby Windey, RHONJ’s Dolores Catania, and Lord Ivar Mountbatten, who is a relative of the Royal Family.
Dylan’s tenure on the show also saw him gain popularity for his bromance with Survivor legend Boston Rob Mariano. The pair have since collaborated on a series of highly lucrative and high-profile brand campaigns.
Dylan’s newfound fame and success led to an offer to compete on Dancing with the Stars in September. Since then, he has been popular with both the judges and viewers for his performances alongside his Strictly professional partner Daniella Karagach.
Daniella and Dylan are still going strong in the competition and will compete in the grand finale on Tuesday, November 25. Robert Irwin, Alix Earle, Jordan Chiles, and Elaine Hendrix have all also made it to the final alongside their professional partners.
