Firefighters are currently on scene at a fire in central London.
Smoke could be seen coming from an underground utilities tunnel on the junction of Theobalds Road and Southampton Row.
London Fire Brigade said ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters have attended the scene.
ITV News understands there are no injuries.
Road closures and a cordon have been put in place as a precaution.
Bus routes are being diverted and members of the public are encouraged to avoid the area.
