Real Madrid will be aiming to get back to winning ways after going three games without a victory as they get set to take on Olympiacos in the UEFA Champions League.

With kickoff not far away, Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso has announced the starting lineup that will face Jose Luis Mendilibar’s team.
One of the biggest questions leading up to the match was who would partner Raul Asencio in defence, given that Eder Militao, Antonio Rudiger, Dean Huijsen, and David Alaba are all unavailable.
And, it is Alvaro Carreras who partners the academy graduate at the heart of the defence.
Meanwhile, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ferland Mendy line up as the full-backs for Real Madrid, while Andriy Lunin starts in goal in the absence of Thibaut Courtois. It is the first appearance of the season for both Mendy and Lunin.

With Jude Bellingham dealing with overload, he has been left out of the lineup. As such, the midfield unit is made up of Aurelien Tchouameni, who is back from injury, Eduardo Camavinga, and Federico Valverde.
Arda Guler, Kylian Mbappe, and Vinicius Jr. form the attacking unit for Real Madrid against Olympiacos.
