Three Lego Star Wars UCS Sets Are Discounted In Walmart’s Black Friday Sale

When the UCS Millennium Falcon debuted in 2017, the iconic light freighter nabbed the top spot on the list of largest Lego sets ever (by piece count). It held that title across all of Lego for a few years and in the Star Wars universe until last month’s launch of the UCS Death Star.

The meticulously detailed 7,541-piece model measures 8 x 33 x 23 inches. It comes with seven Lego minifigures from the original and sequel trilogies: Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, C-3PO, Older Han Solo, Rey, and Finn. You also get a BB-8 droid figure and buildable figures of Mynock and two Porgs. The ship is propped up by seven landing legs and can be displayed next to an informational placard.

The Millennium Falcon is incredibly impressive even when you’re just looking at the exterior paneling, but it gets even cooler when you start tinkering with all of the interactive components. You can remove the hull panels and the canopy, lower the boarding ramp, and reveal weapons such as a blaster cannon and laser cannons. Four minifigures can be seated in the cockpit. Where will the other three hang out, you ask? There’s a spot for them in the recreation of the main hold, and one minifigure can sit at the engineering station on a rotating chair.

Another minifigure can prepare for battle at the gunnery station or take the ladder to the engine room, where you’ll find escape pod hatches.

If you love the Millennium Falcon but don’t want to drop this much cash on a Lego set, check out the 921-piece model based on the ship’s appearance in A New Hope. It launched last year as part of the Lego Star Wars 25th Anniversary celebration. Normally $85, the 25th Anniversary Millennium Falcon is on sale for $68 at Amazon.
