FULL RESULTS: November 2025 PNLE Nursing board exam list of passers, top 10

PNLE RESULTS — The full results of November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, fifteen (15) working days after the last day of exam.

As announced, 40,692 out of 45,192 (90.04%) passed the November 2025 PNLE.

The results of examinations with respect to six (6) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

PRC conducted the second regular PNLE this year on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.

Meanwhile, the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon “Tino”.

Release of Results

Exclusive Update November 26, 2025 as of 9:00 AM: The PRC Rating Division told The Summit Express that the November 2025 PNLE results will be released today.

According to PRC, the Board of Nursing (BoN) is currently convened for the final deliberation and validation of the nursing board exam results.

“Yes po, tatapusin po nila ‘yun today. Possible by afternoon,” PRC said.

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) results will be released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, or within twelve (12) working days.

However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.

NLE Registration

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: Starting December 23, 2025

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

According to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”

Oathtaking Details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Coverage of Examinations

The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.

The five (5) parts of the PNLE are the following:

  • Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
  • Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
  • Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations – Part A)
  • Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations – Part B)
  • Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations – Part C)

Previous Examinations

In the May 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), the PRC released the results within five (5) working days. A total of 6,935 out of 10,770 examinees passed. Angelica Ferrer Dator of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban clinched the top spot with a rating of 90.00%.

For the November 2024 PNLE, the PRC announced the results after fourteen (14) working days. Out of 34,534 examinees, 29,349 successfully passed. Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares of Cebu Normal University emerged as the topnotcher with a score of 92.60%.

Meanwhile, in the May 2024 PNLE, results were released just four (4) working days after the examination. A total of 7,749 out of 11,116 examinees passed. Abigail Escueta Cayanan of St. Jude College-Dasmariñas, Cavite Inc. led the batch with a 92.60% rating.

In the November 2023 PNLE, the PRC posted the results in fourteen (14) working days. Of the 32,203 examinees, 25,761 successfully passed. Two examinees shared the highest rank: Aristotle Calayan Castronuevo from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Cris Vinz Corpuz Tomboc from West Visayas State University – La Paz, both scoring 91.00%.
